The most recognisable feature from the outside of our building is the Learning Resource Centre, or the LRC as you will come to know it as. Open five days a week and split over two floors it houses over a million print and digital books, journals, and articles.
With areas where you can study silently, quietly, or collaboratively, whatever you require from this area you’ll be supported along your academic journey to find the resources you need to become a successful learner.
Our specialist subject librarians will be able to help you find the information you need, assist you with access to one of the many computer stations or even just help you with simple things like photocopying and getting your assignments printed.
If you are studying a distance learning course with us you won’t miss out, throughout your time with us we will help you develop the independent academic skills you need and help you make the most of the resources at your fingertips. Our librarians, Academic Enhancement Team (AET) and academic staff are all on hand from the first day of your enrolment to help you make the most of the online library facilities.
